Both Volodmysky market and the one in Podil (Zhitny market) near Kontraktova Ploshchka metro have amazing convex rooves.
Things to look out for include pickled wild garlic stems; fresh clay-oven baked Georgian bread (Lavash); rose-coloured tomatoes; preserved tomatoes in brine; flower teas.
